Dennis Laganiere, CCNP, CCDP, MCSE+I, MCT (and a dozen other miscellaneous certifications), has been working in Information Technology for over twenty years, the last four as IT Manager for a medical products company in Southern California. During that time, he has worked for several major organizations, including four years as Senior Network Analyst for Qwest Communications, a tier-one provider.

Dennis is the primary author of the NLI's Study Guide for the CCIE R&S; Written Exam, and has developed other Cisco related training materials for several prominent web sites. He is currently working on several technical writing projects to finance his primary goal of developing the largest collection of Cisco shirts in the known world, without completely alienating his wife and two children.
