Marc R. Menninger works for Washington Mutual Bank. Marc's background is in
secure networking and network performance testing. Marc was a
computer/communications officer in the Air Force for five years prior to his
happy transition to civilian life in 1997.
Marc received his bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of
Tampa, where he was also the editor of the University's literary journal.
Marc has obtained his CCNA certification and is actively pursuing the CCNP
track.
Marc lives in Seattle with his wife Olga and chihuahua Faye. Marc likes to
spend his free time going to movies and exploring the city of San Francisco.

Dr. Meinster has authored for IDG Books World Wide while assisting several
other publishing and on-line training companies. He is certified in the
following areas;
MCT,MCSE,Cisco CCNA,CCNP and Oracle DBA OCP. Currently he
heads Delaware Bay, a Philadelphia-based training company offering courses for
people working toward Cisco's CCNA and CCNP certifications.
