Genium Group, publisher of Certification Zone, is committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information that you provide to us when using or Web site. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information received about you when you visit or subscribe to Certification Zone.

We may make content or services from other Web sites available to you from links located on Certification Zone. These other Web sites are not subject to this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review the privacy policy at each such Web site to determine how that site protects your privacy.

Information We Collect

General: When you register, and at other times, we will collect personally identifiable information from you that may include your name, address, e-mail address, credit-card number and facts about your computers, profession, investing habits and similar information. We do not, however, knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen.

Surveys: We may conduct occasional online surveys. For example, when you're within our Web site, you may see a pop-up window offering you the optional opportunity of participating in a survey. These surveys are entirely voluntary and you may easily decline to participate.

When you subscribe to Certification Zone, you can let us know that you do not wish to receive information about new features and special offers by opting out at the time you give us your personally identifiable information. You may also opt out of receiving such information by visiting our Account Center.

Cookies

We employ cookie technology to help visitors and subscribers move faster through our site. When you sign on to our Web site or take advantage of several key features, we may pass cookies to your computer. A cookie is a string of information that is sent by a Web site and stored on your hard drive or temporarily in your computer's memory.

Security

The personally identifiable information we collect about you is stored in limited access servers. We will maintain safeguards to protect the security of these servers and your personally identifiable information.

E-mail

Currently, you may sign up for e-mail service without also subscribing to Certification Zone. The only personally identifiable information that we collect in connection with the e-mail service is your e-mail address. From time to time, we may send members of our e-mail list information about Certification Zone's features and special offers. You may opt out of receiving such information by visiting the Account Center page. We may include Web beacons (invisible images often referred to as pixel tags or clear GIFs) in our e-mail messages in order to count how many e-mail messages have been opened.

Certification Zone will never sell or rent your e-mail address to an outside organization. We consider spam email to be unethical and unprofessional and we are committed to protecting the e-mail privacy of Certification Zone's user community. If you elect to be on the Certification Zone e-mail list, you will be able to easily opt-out by going to the "Account Options" page of the Certification Zone website.

Weekly Newsletter E-mails: Once each week, Certification Zone distributes an e-mail that includes challenge questions as well as other pertinent Certification Zone updates and promotions as well as Cisco certification news.

Account Renewal E-mails: Certification Zone subscribers may be notified via e-mail when their subscription is about to expire.

New Issue and Site Update E-mails: Monthly, Certification Zone posts new Tutorials, Study Quizzes, Lab Exercises, and other great study tools. On occasion, we will send e-mail announcements informing you that this new information is available.

Special Note to Personal Study Zone Users

If you have created a Certification Zone Personal Study Zone and are not a Subscriber, you may be contacted by e-mail, phone, or regular mail in an effort to ensure that you understand how this feature of the site works and to encourage you to become a site Subscriber so that you can complete your entire Personal Study Plan. This communication will terminate by your request via email or phone.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes here, so be sure to check back periodically.

Transfer to U.S.

If you are located outside of the United States, please note that the information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By subscribing to Certification Zone, you consent to this transfer.
