Cisco IP Telephony (Part 1)

This Study Guide will teach you the inner workings of the CallManager software. You will learn how to configure and administer the software. The contents of the Tutorial follow along with Cisco's blueprint for CIPT part one, test number 642-444. This Study Guide covers the topics related to part one. Future Certification Zone Study Guides will cover topics related to part two of the curriculum. Both of these exams are part of the five exams required to obtain the Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP) credential. The first topic covered is a Cisco CallManager cluster. Then we look at configuring a CallManager. Finally, we cover some extended features.
