CertificationZone.com guarantees that any active ZONE Subscriber who first passes a ZONE-produced practice test will pass Cisco's live version of that same exam on their next attempt. If they fail to do so, the ZONE will extend that subscriber's subscription for three additional months or until the subscriber does pass the Cisco version of the same test, whichever occurs first. These 3-month extensions can continue until the subscriber successfully passes the Cisco version of the exam.

To qualify for this extension the subscriber must achieve a passing score on the ZONE's practice version of the exam before attempting the Cisco version. The subscriber must also submit proof that he/she has subsequently failed the Cisco version of the same exam. Only active ZONE subscribers (those attempting the Cisco version of the exam during the period of time they have subscriber-level access to the CertificationZone.com website) are eligible to receive these extensions.
