He currently holds Microsoft certifications as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA): Messaging, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certifications in Windows NT 4 and Windows 2000/2003. He also holds Novell certifications as a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE), Certified Novell Administrator (CNA), Enterprise Certified Novell Engineer (ECNE), Certified Novell Instructor (CNI), Master Certified Novell Engineer (MCNE), Master Certified Novell Instructor (MCNI) and Specialist Certificate: GroupWise 6. Jim's other certifications include, CompTIA: A+ Service Technician, Network+ Certified Professional and Certified Technical Trainer+, and Cisco: Cisco Certified Network Associate. Jim is a Licensed Training Partner for the "boot-camp" programs for the Pacific-Northwest.
