Certification Zone is the online study destination to prepare for the exams one must pass to earn Microsoft� MCSA� and MCSE� certifications on Windows 2000/2003. A separate area of the Certification Zone site focuses on Cisco� certifications. Certification Zone was established in 1999.

Unlike most Microsoft exam preparation products that offer only one type of self-study resource, when you join Certification Zone, you'll have access to our integrated three-step approach to mastering the hundreds of skills and concepts you'll need to become a MSCA or MSCE.

The Microsoft exam preparation area of Certification Zone employs an integrated Tutorial - Quiz - Lab Scenario learning model for Microsoft's MCSA and MCSE certification exams. The first step is to read a Tutorial, which explains all of the concepts and skills covered by one of the Microsoft exams.

The second step is to assess your understanding of the concepts and skills addressed in the Tutorial with a short Study Quiz. The Quiz, made up of multiple choice questions similar in format and content to those you'll encounter on the actual test, also includes explanations for each question. Studying these explanations carefully, especially for those questions you answered incorrectly, will help ensure you don't make similar errors when taking the real exams.

The third step is to apply your understanding of the concepts and skills addressed in the Tutorial to real-world Windows scenarios. It is impossible to develop the skills you need to become a MCSA or MCSA without actually practicing them and Certification Zone's Lab Scenarios provide the practice exercises you need to get yourself in passing shape for the tests.

Training support via telephone or IM is available for those MCSA and MCSE candidates who do not have a lot of hands-on experience with Windows 2000/2003 or are in a hurry to get certified. You can purchase a Certification Zone "Remote Support Package" that provides you with 24/7 access to one of the Zone's Microsoft certified Windows experts.

Within 24 hours of your purchase of Certification Zone's Remote Support Package, you will receive an e-mail that introduces you to your assigned Mentor. In this e-mail message, your Mentor will include a complete schedule of "normal" support hours he/she is available for live communication. If the Mentor's normal hours of availability do not match your schedule or preferences, "customized" support hours would then be arranged with your Mentor.

Also included in this initial e-mail message will be the contact information you need to reach and communicate with your Mentor via telephone, e-mail, or Internet Messenger. There will be no toll-free telephone numbers available for delivery of training support.

Your Certification Zone Mentor will contact you at least once a week by e-mail for an update on your progress. You will be notified two weeks before the three-month term for your Remote Support Package is about to expire and offered an opportunity to renew the service.

All Mentors used by Certification Zone to provide this service will already hold the same certification you are seeking and have actual Windows 2000/2003 training experience.

Multi-User Accounts for Certification Zone are available. Multi-User Account holders receive one Master Access Account and the appropriate number of User Accounts. Both the Master Access and User Account holders are permitted the complete set of access privileges enjoyed by single user account customers. In addition, the Master Access Account Holder has the capability of accessing the Study Quiz scoring histories of each User Account holder.

Discounted Multi-User Account fees are available to any recognized Microsoft training program or educational institution that wishes to use Certification Zone as part of a curriculum or required reference list. Educational institutions wishing to create Master Access Accounts for more than one instructor may do so. All Certification Zone Multi-User Accounts used for educational purposes remain active for a full year.

CertificationZone secure server utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which provides maximum data security when transmitting data online. This technology prevents anyone listening in from identifying and capturing your personal information. Certification Zone guarantees that every credit card transaction made at the site will be completely safe. If unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of your purchase at Certification Zone, you will pay nothing.

Federal legislation known as the Fair Credit Billing Act mandates that the Bank administering your Credit Card can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Genium Group, Inc. will cover the entire liability for you, up to the maximum amount of $50.00, if and only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted from purchases made at Certification Zone, using the secure server, without any knowledge or fault on the cardholders part.

If you suspect your credit card has been used by a third party without your authorization, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
