Don't Be Confused by Other Workbooks
The Workbook now being sold by Certification Zone is a brand new publication, specifically designed for the R&S; Lab Exam objectives and equipment list Cisco will implement in November of this year. Workbooks and collections of lab scenarios being sold by other vendors have been around for quite awhile. Even if they are in the process of being updated, they still include many exercises based on Cisco's older lab exam formats.

A ZONE customer recently told us an interesting story. He had questions about a training product he saw in a magazine ad and he called the toll-free number listed in the ad to get his question answered. The person who answered his call was employed by an answering service. She took his name and number (not his question) and told this customer that someone from the company would be getting back to him. Three days later, this customer did get a call, but by then he'd forgotten the question he wanted answered.

Simply being a networking expert with a toll-free telephone number is not enough to effectively help networking professionals learn and do the things necessary to pass certification exams and improve their networking skills.
