Question 1:What do I receive when I subscribe to the study area for Cisco ® certifications at CertificationZone.com?

Subscribers receive on-line access to all of the existing Study Guides posted in the Study Zones for CCIE™ and CCNA™. You will also have access to all the new and updated Study Guides that appear in these Zones during the course of your subscription.

Subscribers also get to take the simulated certification exams that appear within both the CCNA™ and CCIE™ Study Zones each month, as part of their subscription.

Question 2:What do the Study Guides published at CertificationZone.com consist of?

Each Study Guide focuses on one of the technical topics addressed on the real-life exams candidates must pass to earn these Cisco certifications. Study Guides consist of three parts:

White Papers CertificationZone.com contracts with networking professionals who are considered experts on the chosen topic. These experts prepare a reader-friendly tutorial that reviews and explains the topic's most significant,frequently tested technical concepts. We call these experts ZoneMasters. They include CCSI's™, a CCIE™, a CNX™, CCNA's™, and several talented professionals who've passed the CCIE written and are now preparing for the Lab exam.

Sample Questions ZoneMasters who prepare each White Paper also prepare at least 25 sample questions designed to test the reader's knowledge of the technical topics addressed in their Papers. If you can answer these questions correctly, you're most likely in good shape for solving the problems addressing the same topics that you'll encounter on the real-life test. And if you can't answer them, the concise, eye-opening explanations provided by our ZoneMasters will help you get similar questions right the next time.

Lab Scenarios Whenever appropriate to the topic, the on-line Study Guides include at least one and sometimes two lab and troubleshooting scenarios. These fully-tested practical problems challenge you to put your knowledge and experience of the White Paper topics to the test with real-life networking applications.

Normally, you will get a complete scoring summary within thirty seconds after submitting your answers to the simulated exam.

Question 6: How can I be sure my credit card number and personal information is secure if I order a subscription or simulated exam, on-line?

CertificationZone.com secure server utilizes 128 bit SSL encription which provides maximum data security when transmitting data on-line. This technology prevents anyone listening in from identifying and capturing your credit card number.

The Zone guarantees that every credit card transaction made at CertificationZone.comwill be completely safe. If unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of your purchase at the Zone,you will pay nothing.

Federal legislation known as the Fair Credit Billing Act mandates that the Bank administering your Credit Card can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. Question 8:How does CertificationZone.com help prepare subscribers for Cisco's CCNP™ certification?

When CertificationZone.com was launched in October of 1999, our immediate goal was to focus on Cisco's CCIE™ and CCNA™ certifications. While doing so, we have also been able to provide CCNP™ candidates with some valuable study resources because many of the topics addressed on the old ACRC™ and CMTD™ exams (now being called the Routing and Remote Access Exams respectively) are also primary topics covered in the CCIE™ examinations.

New Study Guides Will Focus on CCNP™ Exam Topics Beginning in September, the ZONE will begin placing primary focus on the technical topics addressed by Cisco's CCNP™ certification exam series. In following months subscribers to the ZONE will receive access to new Study Guides addressing ISDN and ATM, both heavily covered on Cisco's Remote Access Exam. We are searching for author/experts to prepare Study Guides addressing OSPF and EIGRP, which, together with BGP, represent the topics addressed by a majority of the questions now found on the Cisco Routing Exam.

Coming to the ZONE in September is a Study Guide addressing the topic of Switching, which is the primary focus of the third written exam in the CCNP™ certification series. Formerly known as the CLSC exam, the new 2.0 version (exam #640-504) has been appropriately re-named the Cisco Switching Exam.

At about the same time, you'll begin to notice changes in the look and structure of the ZONE as we depart from the two study-zone (CCIE™ and CCNA™ ) format. The new site design will include specific references to those areas of the site offering study and assessment services for CCNP™ candidates as well as continuing to support the CCIE™ and CCNA™ certifications.

Each year, the ZONE plans to publish a CD-ROM that contains all of the Study Questions that appeared at the site during the previous twelve months. The first version of this CD-ROM has been released in October, 2000. It includes over 1300 study questions addressing the technical topics that are covered on the tests you must pass to earn Cisco's CCNA™ and CCIE™ certifications. The ZONE has identified and coded over 280 of these questions that also pertain to the CCNP™ Routing Exam and more than 180 others that address the topics you need to master to pass Cisco's Remote Access exam.

With this CD-ROM, CCNP™ candidates will be able to build and score their own Routing and Remote Access review tests drawing from this pool of almost 500 CCNP™-related questions.

Orders shipped to Continental U.S. addresses are shipped via U.P.S. and take five to ten days to be delivered.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico are shipped via Priority Mail and take five to ten days to be delivered.

Orders shipped to Canada are shipped via U.P.S. and take six to ten working days to be delivered.

Each month, CertificationZone.com will provide non-paying site Members with 30-day access to one or more of the new White Papers posted at the site on the first business day of that month. Non-paying members do not have access to any previous White Paper or Study Guide issues.
