Satisfaction Guarantee

If you purchase a six or twelve month subscription to Certification Zone and at any time during that subscription you are not more than completely satisfied with the information and exam preparation resources you receive, you may cancel. If you do cancel your subscription, Certification Zone will issue you a full and prompt refund of the unused portion of your subscription term.

NOTE: The value of the used portion of your subscription will be calculated based on Certification Zone's one, six, and twelve month pricing schedule. From time to time, Certification Zone sponsors incentives for longer term subscriptions. If you choose to cancel a multi-month Zone subscription for which you received an additional product as an incentive when placing your original order, you will be given the opportunity to return or keep that incentive when you cancel. If you choose to keep it, the list price of the incentive will be deducted from your refund.

Exam Guarantee

If you pass a Certification Zone Practice Exam three consecutive times and then fail the Cisco version of that exam, Certification Zone will keep your subscription active, at no cost to you, until you pass that same Cisco exam. Subscribers must submit proof that they failed the Cisco certification exam in order to qualify for this free subscription extension.
