We Offer Used or Refurbished Equipment
In order to offer such low prices, all of the equipment offered for sale by ChipSet Technologies is USED AND/OR REFURBISHED, unless specifically stated otherwise. However, you can rest assured that we extensively test and/or upgrade all devices on our bench, and therefore can stand behind our products with a 30-Day Warranty as described below. Of course, since the equipment is used, there are occasionally some minor cosmetic flaws, such as small dings or scratches, in some of the devices. Again, all devices have been tested, and are warranted as fully functional.

30-Day Warranty
All items are guaranteed for 30 days from the original invoice date to be in good working order. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipment for all returns, insured, via a carrier that provides for package tracking. Seller will repair or replace any defective items, and pay for return shipping to the buyer.

Money Back Guarantee
All items except otherwise mentioned, may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipment for all returns, insured, via a carrier that provides for package tracking. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refund after 30 days.

Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately four to seven "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. ChipSet Technologies does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

Back Orders
Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. The backordered items will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. No additional shipping fees will be charged.

Order Status
ChipSet Technologies will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.

Security
Whether you are placing an order by phone or the internet, security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through a secure server and encrypted. Once the information is received through the internet or by phone, trusted authorized employees will process your order, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.

Privacy
ChipSet Technologies respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from ChipSet Technologies, based on the information you have entered as part of an order with us, are updates to any recent orders.

Canceling Orders
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our regular business hours (9:00am - 5:00pm, M-F) to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account. Please never request cancel order via Email as we may not receive it in time.

Volume Discounts
Volume discounts are available under certain conditions to select individuals or organizations. Please contact us if you would like to inquire about this program.
